Tool Rental Dept. are coming to Lowe's stores across the country

Instead of just buying tools at Lowe’s you will soon be able to rent tools at Lowe’s as well.

The company announced on Wednesday that it will begin rolling out tool rental departments at its stores across the country.

Lowe’s said that the multi-year national rollout will begin on Thursday with its first space opening in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The new tool rental departments will be newly constructed spaces that either expand the Lowe’s store or are located on Lowe’s property next to an existing store.

  1. It's been a part of Homey De-Pots business model since their onset. Guess Lowe's figured it's time for them to break into reality too. Their elite mindset realizes there's money to be made....

    Good for all

    2. You sound really stressed. Don't worry, things will get better, don't jump.

    4. I have an idea. How about you open your own blog. Did you send the story to Joe. He is one person and has a business to run. Some of us send in information to help him out. Next time try that instead of being so rude. Let's work on loving others.

  3. Traffic is moving. Right lane heading west until milepost 2 cam which isn't working. East or west bound cams. Traffic westbound before the bridge...awful

  4. currently over 2 hours to go either way over bridge. bridge cam was offline bc of location of the "jumper"

  5. Historically the policy is not to release any information on jumpers, ongoing or past. The rational being they don't want to encourage or give others the idea. You would be surprised how many people have jumped off of the bay bridge.

  6. Lowes should try the rent method. My daughter works there. Lowes takes anything back. Old used things. Empty spray paint cans. You name it they take it. My daughter gets upset about it. It cost the people who won't take advantage of it.

  11. To bad Lowe's elite mindset doesn't reflect on the installs. This is the worst. Don't ever get sucked into an installs from them, unless you have a lot
of time to spend. They employ bottom level installers, most of them can't even read a tape measure. Go figure. They need to stop doing installs. When you call corporate to voice your concerns, they tell you this is the stores problem. Corporate sucks also. This is my take on Lowe's. They could shut down
    with no loss to Salisbury.
