Seaford – The Delaware State Police are currently investigating a Criminal Trespass/Hate Crime complaint that occurred within the Holly View Mobile Home Park, Seaford , De.
The incident occurred on Friday, June 26, 2020 between the hours of 04:20 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Upon arrival at the victims residence, Troopers met with a 59 year old black male victim who reported an unknown suspect trespassed onto his property while the victim was at work and tied a small white cord crafted in the way of a noose on his front step railing.
Initial interviews with neighbors in the area have not led to any potential suspects currently. A DSP Detective has been assigned to further investigate this pending case. There is no known suspect information at this time.

ReplyDeleteWell let me see if I can solve this without taking manpower from DSP. When I was a youth AND in school we would make these things because it was entertainment or a challenge, fun if you will. You could end up with a nice looking job or maybe not so nice. It was a art form like constructing model cars. It was done during class sometimes if you had materials. Afterwards it was taken apart or just thrown away. We didn’t consider it a tool to hang a black or any other flavor. It was cool. Now perhaps this said devise was allegedly placed there to allegedly be treated as whatever the property owner thinks. Who knows? If placed there for whatever, it was not another’s residence and therefore misfortunate. Had I been the complainant, I would have shaken my head in disgust while discarding it. Like I said, solved at no cost .

Why are our ethnic elements so incapable of withstanding any form of criticism, disrespect or insult. I suppose that crying poor me and running to authorities over an insignificant slight, is better than their normal routine of resorting to violence.
