The schools in the more affluent areas would NEVER be allowed to get so bad. The democrats officials wouldn't allow it. About the illegal dumping that goes on. It sits for months on end in the minority neighborhoods. This even after many of the resident call 311 to report the garbage. I've called myself to report and have checked by and it's would still be there months later. When illegal dumping occurs in a more affluent area it hardly has hit the ground before it's picked up by public works. Same with the rats. Exterminators contracted by the city are running around regularly trapping in the better area. You see their trucks all over. In the minority neighborhoods the rats are allowed to roam free without fear of trapping and have proliferated. For whatever reason the city doesn't bother to have the exterminators take care of the rats in the minority neighborhoods. This is racism.
