Supremes order U.S. city to explain its confiscation of legal guns

The U.S. Supreme Court has ordered officials in San Jose, California, to explain why they confiscated the legally owned guns of Lori Rodriguez.

They still have them.

The case was brought by the Second Amendment Foundation on behalf of the woman.

The Supreme Court justices have instructed city officials to respond by May 20.

"We’re encouraged by this development in the case," said SAF founder and Executive Vice President Alan M. Gottlieb. "If the city thought they could just ignore this case and make it go away, they’re wrong."

SAF has been joined in the case by the California Gun Rights Foundation.

  2. All this is, and it includes confiscation of money from INNOCENT citizens (without charges or a warrant) at gunpoint by police, is ROBBERY.

Simply home invasion and robbery. But they wear a uniform and can kill you easier than a Crips gangbanger, so it's DIFFERENT???

By armed men wearing a badge. She was innocent and still was robbed.

You cheerleaders better wake up soon. They will not stop at guns and money. Next it will be your free speech (already being trampled upon), your right to free assembly (same, again), and the right of the press.

Of course, because they are doing what you AGREE with, it's all cool, right??

    You damn idiots.

    Start the hanging. NOW.

  3. Keep voting for these damn liberal democrats. Soon you'll realize the only guns you'll see astir will be with Cops and criminals. When this happens the Cops will oppress you for the State and the criminals for your possessions. Maybe some of you need to see your loved ones attacked in their homes before your stupidity surprises you when it becomes reality. The first thing Hitler did in coming to power was to disarm the citizenry before he destroyed Germany.
