A Viewer Writes: Reflectors here, reflectors there.

And poof, suddenly there are orange reflectors on the hazard in the road at the zoo / park.

Wonder how much the city has paid in car damages before some brainiac thought to do this.

And look at those lovely weeds. So beautiful.

  1. Road hazards, that's a perfect description of these useless circles in the city park.

  2. The cities, counties, states could not maintain the roads before, so the cure seems to be double or triple the number of lines, stripes, obstructions in the roads. I may need to buy a book to learn what all crap means. As an example, it used to be a violation to cross a solid line; now you need to cross the double solid line and run through the bicycle lane in order to get into the right hand turning lane!!!!
    GENIUS

  3. That circle and the circle up by Back Street Grill are unusable as intended. I watch people go the wrong way all the time. Why? Because it was a stupid f-ing idea. By a stupid drug addict f-er. With minimal brain power and the belief that he is untouchable.

  5. Why not pave Culver Road next to Pecan Square shopping center ? Diminish accidents from main exit and entrance on Nanticoke Road .

  6. That intersection is incredibly confusing. It needs signage.

  7. I laugh every time I go by there and see tire marks where the weeds are. People drive up over those stupid things all the time. This mess is absolutely absurd.

  8. Remind anyone of those blue things the city was putting on the roads a couple of years ago to designate fire hydrants? Are they still even out there?

  9. Children in power has to play with any kind of maze. These roundabouts are the most ridiculous things there are. Drivers don't want to stop for the stop signs so these idiots put in roundabouts with yield signs in which drivers do not obey, since they don't know what yield means.

  10. 1116am: I agree with you about Culver Road. Paving that road would really improve traffic flow and safety in that area.

Of course, as long as the road is "Culver Road", Jake the snake will never approve.
Change the name to Ireton Boulevard with rainbow lane markings, and it will be a done deal.

  14. You cannot create obstacles like that. People around here are the worst drivers. Local parking lots are the most dangerous. I can't believe the near misses I see there.

  15. April 24, 2020 at 12:10 PM your comment is ridiculous, because its obvious you have never seen this hazard and all the tire marks on the edges of the curbing because it really is a hazard that people are hitting.

It has nothing to do with being blind but it does have to do with jakes stupidity that this moron thought this was a good idea. There is not sufficient room in the road for it.
