DeleteLet's see how much cash is really in the emergency fund. It's supposed to be about $9 million (which really is not that much), so we should have something. It's just that he has driven up Salisbury's debt over 23% since he's been in office. There is only so much refinancing you can do with municipal bonds and will anyone be willing to buy these bonds?

You use the mayor's office as an excuse not to be deployed and then you go on social media babbling on and on incoherently. You sit downtown still living a protected pathetic existence while the true leaders are preparing for the aftermath of this tragedy. Sitting at a desk staring at a laptop whacked out on ridallin ordering carry-out from your downtown deli's doesn't exactly compare to having to patrol the streets of Baltimore
