7th CONFIRMED CASE & WICOMICO COUNTY STATUS UPDATE FOR COVID-197th CONFIRMED CASE & WICOMICO COUNTY STATUS UPDATE FOR COVID-19

(March 30, 2020, Salisbury, MD) In an effort to keep the public informed, the Wicomico County Health Department will issue status updates on Mondays and Fridays each week. Currently, Wicomico County has 7th confirmed COVID-19 cases. This 7th case is a female under the age of 18. Her siblings were tested and are negative. The entire household is quarantined at home and feeling fine. The health department continues to do in-depth contact tracing for those who have been in contact with the confirmed cases. If someone has been in contact with a confirmed case, they will be notified.

  1. and yet we do not know anything about where any of these people have been. Do you really trust your life to their decisions? I do not give a damn about their HIPPA rights when they could be exposing us to this virus.

  2. I dnt believe nothing they say. The parents weren't tested? I doubt they tested the siblings especially if they were asymptomatic. Probably given 10 test now

  4. If the confirmed case works in a grocery store there is no way that person knows the names of customers that went through their check out line or passed by while stocking shelves. That last sentence is a bit misleading. A week ago the shields were not in place at the grocery stores.

  10. 2:44 is this all grocery stores with boards or just "Foodlion on Nanticoke RD". Because my brother was checking out there as boards were going up and 2 cashiers were talking about how "that girl, should of been here sick" then he asked if an employee had corona and one went silent with a pissed looked and the other said she wasnt sure it was something she had heard coming in.
