Tulsi Gabbard's $50million lawsuit moves forward after Hilary Clinton's lawyer accepts documents

A $50 million defamation lawsuit filed against Hillary Clinton is progressing onto the next stage as the former Secretary of State's legal team accepts legal paperwork.

After three attempts to rebuff the documents, a lawyer for Ms Clinton has reportedly been served the papers that will allow 2020 presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard's case to proceed.

The Hawaii congresswoman's lawyer, Brian Dunne, told Fox News it was looking forward to finally moving forward on 'the merits of the case' after previous failed attempts to serve Ms Clinton with the papers.

The Democratic presidential hopeful is suing Clinton for $50million over an interview last year in which the 2016 nominee suggested that Gabbard was the 'favorite of the Russians'.

  3. I never thought Gabbard would ever make it as a candidate but if she can defame Hillary then she has done the nation a service. Hillary and Biden both need to face reality that their 15 min of fame has long disappeared, a quiet retirement should be in store for both of them, no one cares what they do as long as they both stay out of politics. Put their attentions elsewhere like helping individuals one on one.

  6. Gabbard will commit suicide or be killed in an auto wreck or be murdered in a robbery (where nothing is taken).
If I were her, I wouldn't even go to the bathroom without someone else who is also carrying a gun. AND, I would have ANOTHER person with a gun to kill the person guarding me, who is likely to have been bought off by the Clinton's.
    SHE SHOULD BE VERY AFRAID.

Why not? There were almost two dozen candidates at one time. I told Tulsi (or her staff) myself she was attractive and I would vote for her in the future but not in this election. NO ONE has a chance of defeating Trump in this election.

  10. Tulsi is just the same old socialist slop in a more attractive physical wrapper. Hawaii's Democrats are full blown socialist so she had to pass their litmus tests to even get on the ballot. The military service resume line is part of the misdirection ploy (see ex Mayor Petey, Fake Day and Jesse Colvin for other examples).

Certainly wish her well in tapping Hillary's purse, just on principle.

There is no constitutional requirement for military service prior to being elected POTUS. But people throw it out there like it is a bonus for voters or something. Frankly, I'm tired of hearing it. One's service is one's service to their country. If one enters the military as a hop to better his chances of being elected, well he's already a politician. Does anyone think he will serve the citizenry?

If anyone has planned it that far in advance, I wouldn't want him in that office.
