Once again, Democrats have decided to make a truly evil bill a priority. They have decided to resurrect legislation to legalize assisted suicide:
Medically assisted suicide failed by a single vote in the Maryland General Assembly last year.
Now, advocates who want to make it legal for doctors to prescribe a lethal dose of medication to terminally ill patients seeking to end their lives are launching another push to get the legislation approved, hoping that growing public acceptance of aid-in-dying laws will win over at least one more lawmaker.
We’ve been on this beat for quite a while now. We’ve pointed out why physicians oppose it. We’ve talked about the disenguinity of it supporters on not one, not two, but at least three occasions. But never have desperate pro-suicide forces resulted to this type of nonsense.

For a political party that doesn't like government Republicans sure are against taking away people's rights to make a choice.
ReplyDeleteRIDICULOUS!! Stop making everything political!! If you want to commit suicide go buy a .357 and bite the barrel. I guarantee that will get the job done. No need for anyone's assistance
ReplyDelete8:34 when someone is hospitalized after an accident and placed in a hospital or nursing home how do you suggest they go buy a .357?
ReplyDeleteLiving will seems the most logical and responsible thing most of us do. Anymore questions??
DeleteHey 8:53 ,
ReplyDeleteyou just don't get it do you?
Doctors take an oath to save lives , not destroy them.
interesting point 821
ReplyDeleteProblem is democrats never stop. Just like everything else. Their are men in wigs playing female sports. Baby’s during birth and after are being killed and 4 years boys are taking drugs to stop their body from development because they picked up a Barbie
ReplyDelete9:45 perhaps your mind will never change unless you or a loved one are placed in a situation, pray they are not. I know taking 2 seconds to think outside your box is difficult. Now go stroke your guns and say 3 MAGA's lol
ReplyDeleteAssisted suicide should be a persons choice.
ReplyDeleteWhen someone is terminally ill, if they want to go
let them go. They can make this decision before
they are terminally ill, put it in writing,
just like a Will.
I actually believe if a person wants to go,
even if they are not terminally ill, they still should
have that choice. At least a lethal dose of medication,
you go in peace, and not blow your brains out.
This World can suck, and if you want to get out it,
it should be your choice.
This is about money. The organization that will handle this will make a fortune selling organs throughout the world. Want proof? Look into Planned Parenthood. Selling baby organs makes them a fortune.
ReplyDeleteGov. Coonman Northam will kill your baby after it is born and up to 6 months after.
ReplyDeleteDoes God Forgive Suicide?
ReplyDeleteThere's no doubt that suicide is a terrible tragedy. For a Christian, it is an even greater tragedy because it is a waste of a life that God intended to use in a glorious way.
It would be difficult to argue that suicide is not a sin, for it is the taking of a human life, or to put it bluntly, murder. The Bible clearly expresses the sanctity of human life (Exodus 20:13; see also Deuteronomy 5:17; Matthew 19:18; Romans 13:9).
God is the author and giver of life (Acts 17:25). Scripture says God breathed the breath of life into humans (Genesis 2:7). Our lives are a gift from God. Thus, the giving and taking of life ought to remain in his sovereign hands (Job 1:21).
In Deuteronomy 30:11-20, you can hear the heart of God crying out for his people to choose life:

Its all good until the insurance company doesn't cover options to help you live and your only approved for assisted suicide. It's not about one person's choice, its about what way the health insurance companies will deviate in order to save money. Democrats are fast-tracking it.
ReplyDeleteDo not waste ANY opportunity to bash a Democrat
ReplyDeletethe Clintons have been assisting for years
ReplyDelete12:38
ReplyDeleteBashing dumbocrats is like shooting fish in a barrel.
Someone should ASSIST them !!!
ReplyDeleteThink of all the saved money in healthcare and social security costs! Have at it!...and decrease the surplus population.
ReplyDeleteNow they play God.
ReplyDeleteI wish Delaware had it. I have even considered moving to Oregon just because they have it but I also read Maine has it. I think it should be my choice. Actually, I have been in chronic pain most of my life. Never been given anything stronger than Ibuprofen. Which might have saved me from the drug crisis going on now. And yes, I know a 357 is an option but don't really want my husband to see that. I'm sure cancer patients have also been affected by the drug crisis. They probably have to jump through hoops just to get a pain pill.

Yes. What does a living will have to do with assisted suicide?

ReplyDeleteYou didn't answer your own question, does God forgive suicide.
Try again.

What exactly is a 'surplus' population?
. I'm sure cancer patients have also been affected by the drug crisis. They probably have to jump through hoops just to get a pain pill.

Actually, no. They have stated that certain narcotics should only be given to those who have cancer. We people who have chronic pain are the ones who now have to jump through hoops.
It's degrading, frustrating, and de-humanizing. And the CDC admitted in a statement that they had no idea what they were doing. And these folks are the ones who instruct pain doctors in what to prescribe and how to prescribe it.
But most people, even today, forgot what the real villain was, fentanyl and carfentanil. They were causing most of the od's.
But just like gun control, the ones who get punished are the ones doing the right thing.
