Good morning Joe, unfortunately this is not correct. The US Constitution makes no mention of nullification and the 22nd Amendment clearly states no person shall be elected to the office of President twice. This should be relayed to your readers to avoid spreading misinformation in a time where it runs rampant.
I once cooked baked beans in a pressure cooker only to have the lid latch fail mid cycle. It took years to scrape those beans off the ceiling. I got a new cooker and thought I'd never see that again. I was wrong...I will never get all that dem mush off my ceiling if I said that to them.
