  2. Id expected nothing less from the NFL. Anything goes to keep the crybabies happy this to will be justified some how.

  3. I am a Browns fan and the Pittsburgh/Cleveland rivalry dates years old. Many stories of brawls inside and outside the stadiums. However, this is tantamount to assault IMO; using one's helmet as a weapon. Again, however, this was in the heat of the moment and adrenaline was obviously maxed out so don't think there was any premeditation. Definitely suspension and fines.

    1. 7:33 Garrett should be suspended indefinitely and charged with assault. That was inexcusable. That being said I’m glad the Browns whipped the Steelers butts😁

  6. The ole boy swinging the helmet is done! It’s a game, no justification for his actions, if he lost control of his emotions that bad he needs to be tested for steroids! Something short circuiting his brain waves.....

  9. The good old dirty, cheating Steelers. Provoke, then point fingers when you get your clock rung.

95 for the Browns and 53 for the Steelers should be suspended for the year. 65 for the Browns should get a few games for the push.

  10. Northwest Woodsman: In my opinion, it results from close and continued interaction with some of the criminal underclass that, in addition to committing crimes, are very adept at sports like football and basketball.

  11. No one saying how the Steelers player tried to pull off the helmet of the Browns player starting the whole thing, yes it was wrong to swing the helmet but Steelers player should not have started it.

    1. That was done because Garrett slammed him to the ground well after he had already thrown the ball. It was done because with 8 seconds left, penalties were meaningless. Rudolph should have been ejected too for his part. Some change should be made to the rules for stricter penalties when a game is "in the bag"

  13. I am by no means a Steelers fan but Garrett and the rest of the Browns defense were penalized throughout this game. They were seen smiling after the penalties. I think the Browns have become the old Raiders. When a coach loses the locker room this is what transpires. The Browns have been losers for so long they have forgotten it is just a game. As for Crapernick getting tryouts it makes me want to puke. At the end of the day this is a pure assault case. The fact the quarterback is white should also be considered you can bet you ass if he were Black and a White players did this it would be a racial issue. The NFL is lost as we knew it. Thugs running the game now.

  19. Northwest Woodsman: I have not watched football since it was a much cleaner game in the 1960s. The current bunch of thugs are a different story. I am certain that most professional football players would be playing in the exercise yard of prisons if they were not proficient enough to be hired by pro teams. College players are of the same mold and ethnic distribution and those who don’t make the pro cut will eventually end up in prison. These people are total thugs and should not be idolized by any means. I find it difficult to accept that people waste time sitting around watching these loser clowns slamming each other around.

  20. In the future, anyone who attempts or succeeds in yanking a helmet off should be banned for life, and that includes the QB.
