hmmm....let me see if I have this right. Middle school kid goes dramatic and everyone panics. I have a middle school child, but do not subscribe to kid drama....then again, if you watch any of these kids at dismissal you get a real clear picture of what their parents act like....

ReplyDeleteHe was not at the dance but trusts what his kid is saying? Where did his kid get the information? From other kids at the dance who heard it from someone else. Ever play that game called TELEPHONE? Remember how the story gets changed dramatically really quickly? There is a reason hearsay is not permissible in court. That's what happened with the kids at the dance and then the parents continued changing it. Like I said. Let's see him step up and volunteer to run a dance for his kid at school. I'm sure he will tell you how easy it is. I guess you support his fire drill comments too? You folks have no clue of the crisis and emergency plans that schools have in place or the rational behind them, but want to act like experts. Shut up, get an education degree, become a classroom teacher, get your Masters in Admin at night while teaching all day, become an assistant principal for a few years, then come back and tell everyone your opinions on how things should be done.
