  5. Watch this 13 story high rise turn into section 8 within the next 10 years. Apartment rent $1500-$2000. College kids don't want to live there, and the local residents can't afford it.

  6. I’m glad we’re are hearing specifics!

  7. Good point if Jake wants home ownership to increase why is he making deals to build apartments?

It's right next to the Health Department and it's sinking. No one occupies the basement any longer. Downtown Ghetto'Bury was underwater at one time. That's why it floods all the time.

Merrit Mill Rd and Beaglin Park Drive, over 800 Low-Income Apartments that Jake Day, Jack Heath and Muir Boda approved. When you have that many apartments and rentals you have a ghetto with high crime. People will continue to move to Sussex County and Worcester County. Thanks, Libtards!

  11. All I can say is this is do or die for the city of Salisbury. If Jake day is allowed to continue down this path of self destruction by re-electing him this time there's NO bringing salisbury back to some form of stability

  12. The Fitzwater street flooding was the best part have you seen it I have nasty, dirty, sludgy water right across from Bru Rivers parking lot in the middle of the day. Our city is washing away and our mayor is worried about becoming the next Inner Harbor, and all the foolishness that isn't even this town or our people.

  13. Salisbury Fire Department Responds to HazMat Incident in Talbot County

Around 9:50 am the Salisbury HazMat "team" was dispatched to assist Talbot County in Easton for an ammonia leak at 8900 Glebe Park Drive- Sea Watch International.

    Assistant Chief 1
    Engine 16-1
    HazMat 1
    Air Utility 1
    Paramedic 16
About 15 firemen from Salisbury responding. These are the on-duty, paid Fire and EMS staff covering the city and part of the county. They will now be out of service in Easton all day long.

Then some clown, David Cox(those idiots promoted this thief/police impersonator to captain by the way), asked Central to dispatch Sharptown for the Decon Trailer. Then Central dispatches Sharptown, Hebron, Westside, Mardela and Delmar Fire Departments for the "decon trailer." So now we have multiple fire engines for Sharptown, Hebron, Westside, Mardela and Delmar Fire Departments responding with lights and siren for an hour trip through 3 counties putting more lives at risk on Rt. 50.

Now who will be covering calls in Salisbury and the entire West side of Wicomico County??

Anne Arundel County was also dispatched to assist.

This from Anne Arundel First Alert FB page

Talbot County, MD | Easton | Major ammonia leak | 8900 Glebe Park Drive- Sea Watch International | AACoFD Hazmat teams are on the scene assisting | This is expected to be an extended situation

This should be a Comment Worthy of a Post.

Update: Almost 5 hours later and the entire paid Salisbury Fire and EMS Crews are in Talbot County leaving a few fire trucks in Salisbury staffed with paid firemen.

Jimmy Gladwell is a paid Deputy Fire Chief getting paid overtime on a Saturday to ride the fire truck on Engine 16-1. A lot of money in overtime is being wasted today Jake Day's paid firemen who endorsed him. Do you see why they endorsed him?? Wink, Wink.

  15. Hey Wayne King can you find out why Jake Day and Heath are putting signs outside of city limits? There keeping me pretty busy pulling them up and disposing of them properly

  16. I am an artist,(painter actually).Does anyone know where I can get an apartment in or around Salisbury? Some areas offer bargain priced apartments for artists.

  17. Hey Wayne, I have something for you, I know you won't support but everyone wants!!!! Lets see some talks and proposals about making cops have personal liability insurance so the city won't have to keep covering when a corrupt cop goes off the handles... Go talk to Luke, he has defended in double digits people here in sby against a few SBY cops... Yes a few sby cops are causing the city to waste money in lawsuits and paying these people the corrupt cops did wrong...

Let me guess, you support and love and ultimately are an ass cheek sucking cop lover right??? and won't do anything to help the public against these corrupt pieces of shit right????
