    Car driver was an idiot but it strikes me that the moped? driver filming this was just as dumb. Doesn't appear to have made any effort to stop

    Might be a privacy setting. When you click on this post is there anything in the browser that will allow you to change the settings? Maybe this post requires flash. Google has flash built in so maybe you need to update your Firefox?
