  2. Yes I kicked you because I’m a country girl lol. Refuse to sign, punched, fled and kicked the cop over a 80 dollars that would have been dismissed in court upon getting 10 dollar Lens. Must be a democrat

  3. Nice old women didn’t understand what was wrong. Cop never said why he pulled her over. Fired at once. No reason to seize her person. I no my rights.

  4. Can’t image kicking a person that is wearing a gun ? I bet her Facebook said something entirely different

  5. The idiot should have done what she was told to do

  6. That's what happens when you don't comply

  7. 1222' yes he did tell her. And once a car flees after a lawful order to stop, they are allowed to use force to make the person comply.

  8. Yet another example of what law enforcement is dealing with. Have we become so disengaged that there is no respect for authority? Yes, some law enforcement personnel are on a power trip but timid cops don't last long. This video is a mild encounter; how many viewers have come face to face with a crazed crack head or stoned meth addict? How many viewers have stared down the muzzle of a 9mm or had to handle a deranged person in a hostage situation? Try serving a warrant. Walk a mile...

  9. God bless this Officer. This women is an example of what is wrong with this society. No respect for authority, no personal responsibility. She deserves what she gets.

  12. I am not a cop only a citizen with good sense. I think the cop was 100% correct. It's not hard to fit in with society however some people think they can do as they please. Next time sign, it's not that hard to sign your name.

11: 37 tell me how you would handle this.

  13. The woman wasn't right but neither was the cop, if he knew her tail light was broken for 6 months he should have given her a repair order 6 months ago and the light would have been fixed. Stupid situation that got out of control.

  14. She told him she knew taillight was broken 6 months ago. She then wanted a warning for her honesty. Lol. He gave her a fine because she'd ignored the problem for six months. She"s at fault and made a series of stupid choices here. Her choices though! Tough to watch though because she looked like my sweet mama. But Mama would never have used that language!!

How do you know she wasn't given a repair order and ignored it. You do realize he probably called in her plate number and was told about the repair order 6 months ago. They do put those in the system. Geez....think a little before posting.

  21. How can anyone defend the lady, she was wrong on every aspect of this stop. She had six months to repair, now she is paying for her actions!

  22. This type of arrogant behavior is becoming more prevalent. She deserved everything that occurred to her. I have absolutely no sympathy for her.

  23. All she had to do was sign the darn ticket. Comply. The officer was in the right. I at first thought the officer should have given her a work order but every state is different. AND she had 6 months to get the thing fixed! She was totally out of line.

  24. Cop Did everything perfect. What cracks me up if that lady was black this will be races and Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson would be all over this and the media I'm glad she got tased the old bitch needed it

  25. She's just ignorant.Ignorance is not illegal.

  26. Well I must be the only sane person on this blog as I think the officer could have handled the matter in much more professional way.

When she refused to sign the ticket - instead - why couldn't he have proceeded with the matter in Court. And let the Court determine her failure to comply.

IMHO - the officer should be fired immediately. Not that woman isn't guilty - but the officer definitely displays some psychotic deviate behavior.
