Accurate Optical In Easton Forced To Close Their Doors As Well

Law enforcement came in and evicted Accurate Optical, similar to what recently happened in Salisbury. Sources tell me employees hadn't been paid for a month as well.

  1. Father always said never trust a bankrupt company. Don’t be the fool working for promises.

  7. These evictions are just the icing on the cake for the issues that this company has. I would honestly not be surprised to see someone face jail time. We're talking tax issues, insurance fraud, and other questionable practices.

  11. Why do you morons steal money and try to cheat taxes and all of this other bs??? You know damn well eventually you will be found out or caught and bad things will then happen form there... it is like in the UK, where there is not an centimeter of pavement not covered by a cctv camera let alone cameras watching cameras so you can't mess with them, anyway my point is, they have every centimeter covered with cctv cameras watching you, why would you break the law there on camera??? Same thing applies here, eventually you will be found out for theft, always yet you morons still try it...

  13. I'd stayed also. Makes complete sense. Even if it was a month with no pay. If you quit, you lose any chance of unemployment for 26 weeks, of probably 350 to 400 dollars a week. This way the place closed up. You'll get your unemployment benefits for 26 weeks, no questions asked. And it may backtrack to when you were getting paid.

  15. Why did both locations remain open so long when bills weren't being paid , they operated for years bad management shuts down a lot of stores and even chain stores. I don't know how Walmart in Fruitland stays open shelves all over are empty, even grocery items can go weeks without being restocked. The ones in charge of the departments need to order when things are running low. There will be jobs lost if it doesn't change quickly.

  16. Fruitland Walmart must have the same manager as the North Walmart,or do they even have a manager? If so, they need to be fired ASAP. The north store is horrible. Shelves are empty for weeks on end, freakin' carts all in the grocery aisles so you can barely get through. They don't seem to be doing anything, they are just there. What little stock they have is so far back on the high shelves, you have to pray a tall customer comes by to reach it for you. The milk jugs look like they have been rolled around in a soot pile, all black stuff all over the jugs. Disgusting. For 6 weeks, I tried to get Ibuprofen and the shelves for that type of thing was empty the whole 6 weeks. I ask a lady working in that dept. why that was, and she just shrugged her shoulders. It's disgusting. The cashiers are always pissed off and it shows. They should just close.

  17. August 20, 2019 at 2:41 PM You could not be more wrong. You do not loose your unemployment for quitting a job that is not paying you.
You are not required to work a job that is breaking the law and if you can prove a reasonable reason to quit you still get unemployment.
