    Baltimore is a good City in the heart of crime left unattended by crooked politicians. It's up to the voters to say they want ethical, and forth-right representatives in office. It doesn't matter Black or White, they represent YOU, the taxpayer. So. if you vote these thieves into office, what do you expect? Come on folks. There has got to be some one out there.     Baltimore is propped up by two hospitals and state offices.

    Eventually the hospitals will build suburban facilities and it'll be lights out.

    Its governance is crooked and its residents are criminals. Charming indeed.
