Their is not a black teen in the city here by the age of 12-13 that doesn't have a cell attached to them, doesn't walk around throwing their litter all over the city and out on the streets all night loudly hollering cuss words, and fist fighting. This goes on in the morning hours no parents looking or calling for them. They throw rocks and tear limbs off trees as they go around and discard them all over.
