once again a state agency of un-elected bureaucrats making regulations and rules that can fine you and incarcerate you, without the approval from the elected peoples representatives! they are going to do what they want and damn the public! total BS!

The public comment is just DNR BS. They always do what they want. Un elected bureaucrats making unconstitutional decisions always to the detriment of the working man
