Yes!! , Look at the Bury , all these playgrounds and not a soul playing on them . The kids are out on the streets smoking dope and doing illegal acts , that's how they play.

Ever since it became impossible for caring parents to let their kids go unaccompanied to playgrounds, the spaces are becoming less utilized.

ReplyDeleteWhite people build them and restore them. Black people wait for the repairs and resume the drug dealing and threatening behavior to anyone who dares bring their children there, including OTHER BLACK PEOPLE.
10:39 you don't have a clue, thugs don't want defined areas for recreation they want drugs. And the way they obtain them is breaking into homes and businesses, staying out all night long because parents don't control them, and seeing who they can beat up or murder because of the rush they get.
