Grassley Makes Third Request for Ford's Therapy Notes, Polygraph Info, and More

The attorneys for Dr. Christine Blasey Ford are refusing to cooperate with repeated requests from the Senate Judiciary Committee to turn over documents Ford referenced in her recent testimony.

Ford's attorneys say they will turn over those materials only to the FBI, an assertion that Grassley rejected.

In a letter to Ford's attorneys dated Thursday, Grassley wrote:

"I urge you once again, now for the third time in writing, to turn over the therapy notes, polygraph materials, and communications with The Washington Post that Dr. Ford has relied upon as evidence."

Grassley noted that the FBI, even if it received those materials, would simply give the evidence to the Senate anyway.

  3. The senate should know that her psychological medical records can be released with a subpoena. What kind of doctor would release a patient's psychological records without one? This is simple law people.

  4. What are the Socialist Democrats hiding? They are the ones who are screaming for more documents then turn them over.
