Bill Cosby should be classified as a sexually violent predator, a Pennsylvania state board has recommended ahead of the entertainer’s sentencing for a 2003 sex assault.
The details of the report, issued Tuesday by the Pennsylvania Sexual Offenders Assessment Board, are not being made public.
But prosecutors Tuesday requested a hearing on the panel’s recommendations, so that a judge can determine if Cosby, 81, will be classified as a sexually violent predator.
