Ocean City Fire EMS on the scene at Eagles Nest Rd. and Castaways Campground. Motor vehicle accident with serious injuries, car vs. excavator. MSP Trooper 4 requested. Unknown number of patients. Both vehicles were in motion at the time of the accident.
