A Viewer Writes: Did This Fire Truck Get Repossessed?

I know Onley Fire Department has had some trouble. I have to wonder why a piece of their equipment is being held in the REPO lot in Pittsville. Below is a picture of the truck that is there. I guess it is possible it is there for another reason other than being repossessed.

    How do you repossess a truck that is 26 years old? No bank is foolish enough to loan money for a truck that old.
