Wouldn't it be easier to slow things down if juvenile offenders were at least named so that it becomes easier to spot them in WalMart.
ReplyDeleteDue to the fact they are minors until the age of 18, you cannot release their names and their juvie records are sealed once they reach adulthood. It sucks because there is a fraction of kids who begin their criminal lives in their teens which carries over to bigger and worse crimes in their adult life. Career criminals.
ReplyDeleteWould you want your child's name listed here, should they do a stupid f-up? Probably not. You'd probably rather handle it in the privacy of your own home and with an attorney/law enforcement.
and there were complaints about Walmart checking the receipts...Good Grief...use your head for a change...common sense.
