ReplyDeleteDuh the point is the customer is causing a disturbance and apparently a mental break down. Not the employees s fault.
DeleteI left a good paying job dealing with the general public because of people like this.
ReplyDeleteThat is why worked in the grill area when I worked at McDonald's back in the eighties. Public can be very difficult and demanding to work with.
