SUSPECT SOUGHT: There is a $69,000 reward being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for shooting a Baltimore Police Department detective in the head on the evening of Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2017.

    I would turn him in for $0. Since when has the cost of right and wrong reached such highway robbery? No wonder people know they can get away with anything.
