Lost Dog Off Waller Road: UPDATE

Okay friends I need help my friends puppy went missing off of Waller Rd. Yesterday someone spotted a reddish car with a blue/gray colored door on it parked off to the side of the road. My sister wad holding on to this puppy for friends of mine who are building their house. They have 3 kids who have had constant contact with this puppy and they were excited to get him. Please if anyone knows anything or who these people are could have the answer. let me know, Jackie Hughes or Brittany Elaine Banks. He is a chocolate lab.
