    That is one clueless old man. He just did get elected to the City Council after losing once already. So he finally gets elected Thanks for the media's love of Jim Liarton and hatred of Debbie, Terry and Tim.

    He is not worthy to be the city council president and now he wants to abandon those in Salisbury and "Walk the neighborhoods." Why didn't he already walk the neighborhoods.

    When I saw Jack and his bride riding in the Salisbury Christmas parade in the back of a pickup sitting on a bench like they were the King and Queen I knew he was full of himself.

    Jack Heath is a joke. He has no success record to run on bc in his term on the city council, he’s had none. All he’s done is rubber stamp any lunacy put forth by the mayor. Talk about a puppet.
