All Of A Sudden, Every Man Seems To Be Making Unwanted Sexual Advances

OMG, he looked at me wrong. He touched my leg. He's creepy. What's next, permission slips?

When a football player scores a touchdown or a baseball player hits a home run and the players/coach smacks them on the rear end, is that a sexual assault/abuse?

When a baseball player adjusts his cup on national TV, is that a sexual assault/abuse?

When Madonna and Michael Jackson, (and others) grab their crotch area while performing on national TV, is that a sexual assault/abuse?

Look, while I could go on and on, we took God out of schools. We have former Presidents, (the highest position on earth) who have sexually assaulted women. Gay marriage. Women are dressing to a point their breasts, (many fake) are almost fully exposed. Men are wearing skin tight jeans/pants. Just where did young Americans think they were going?

I'm sorry, (I'm not defending) but when I heard Charlie Rose touched a woman's leg, REALLY? I'm not saying other things didn't happen but what the MSM have already exposed with him is far from oral sex in the White House, (Bill Clinton).

Would you agree that all of a sudden, out of nowhere, the Mainstream Media is trying to make something out of nothing?

When a Mayor goes into a Ladies Room, whips it out and starts urinating in the sink in front of his own staff, where was the outrage then? Why didn't the local media EXPOSE that?

What's going to happen when future male generations start charging WOMEN with the same thing. Don't think for a second it doesn't happen.

  1. Sorry to see that you just don't get it.
My boss should not be touching me. Period.

The guy was walking around NAKED in front of his assistants and you think that's not a problem?

Shame on your for minimizing the issue and not fully informing yourself before you make comments.

  2. 8:53, Proof, evidence? Just because someone says it does NOT mean it's the truth.

Like many Liberals and media sources who said that Trump did something HE DID NOT and twisted his words. Look, I don't necessarily like Charlie Rose, but please, finding him guilty in this climate before possibly proving himself innocent is just plain outrageous.

Both Republicans and Democrats are being easily targeted in this arena right now and quite frankly there are a lot of NUTS out there who are simply looking for attention. I'm not at all suggesting many of them aren't right. I'm simply saying, the media should do their due diligence before destroying so many lives.

  3. 9:03 AM His executive producer admitted it and he admitted it in his statement. I fully understand what you are saying but think he is the wrong example to use. I have had those moments of also saying - are you kidding me - but not on the Rose issue.

  4. I totally agree with the article. And I am a woman. However, I do not dress with my breasts all but exposed, or walk around in shorts with my butt cheeks hanging out an inch below the material. If my boss, who does on occasion toss out inappropriate jokes, were to reach out and pat my knee while we were seated and I felt uncomfortable I would simply tell him that. If it went further I would no longer be working there because no job is worth me subjecting myself to someone who I feel uncomfortable with. Would I then jump up and accuse him of sexual assault. No! When I went to intermediate school, primarily the fifth and sixth grade, and wore a dress the boys were always grabbing my butt. At the end of sixth grade my big brother hooked school, he was in junior high and came to field day at my school. He had a discussion with several of the perpetrators and the behavior stopped. Do I go back and find those grade school kids and now scream that they sexually abused me 40 odd years ago. No! I did stop wearing dresses and have never worn one since so I guess what I took away from it was if you show your ass someone will grab it. And in fifth grade, I was not doing my own shopping so I wasn't running around in little mini skirts. Plus I'm also almost sixty-years-old and we didn't dress like they do now.
My point is that I agree with the article. I think it is being taken too far, in that if someone does get their knee patted they want to yell "sexual assault" and also that half of Hollywood wants to trade everything on their bodies, you can't look at a website without seeing some Kardashian's butt or some actress in a dress cut to the navel on top and slit so high on the bottom that they have to place a hand at their crotch to keep people from seeing it.
I'm not saying it is right, but if you set a fully laden table out on the street, or even on the job, or even in your own home and expect no one to taste a bite of anything I am afraid that you will be sadly disappointed.

  5. What Ever Happened On The Bill Cosby Verdict ?????

  6. 9:08, Yes, Rose stated he is sorry. HOWEVER, his statement ended with he does not feel the charges are "ACCURATE". So yeah, he may have touched a woman's leg, etc. However, as you also noted, I'm simply saying it is amazing how ALL of these cases/charges are coming about out of thin air. America needs PROOF.

I'm also saying that when you have a President, (Clinton, Kennedy) doing what they did in office without jail time, what did people think was going to happen in the future. Obama smoked dope, now we have a massive drug problem in America.

The Neil Armstong's of America need a come back.

  7. Not condoning any of this behavior if it’s factual. It’s completely unacceptable. Sad thing is that it used to be considered good manners to compliment a lady on her appearance, now it could be construed as harassment.
    How times have changed.

  8. I, too, am a female and believe the Left are on a campaign to expose sexual harassment mainly as another attempt to discredit Trump and have him impeached. Only it's backfired on them as women started speaking out against their own. The times have changed from 20 or 30 years ago. I would expect less men today are guilty of sexual assault or harassment because of such exposure. But if all working women exposed former bosses or co-workers and patrons of their workplaces, many prominent businessmen and government officials would be apologizing or making excuses or denials now. The entertainment industry is mainly to blame for the climate of today's culture, the skimpy fashions, sexual content in movies and songs, etc. And women have a responsibility to dress appropriately in public. What's the point of walking around half naked anyway? To attract the opposite sex? Mmmmm.

  9. Lame stream media at it again. Sexual harassment is wrong and must be dealt with swift action - that includes PROOF!

Proof that we can see includes a $21T deficit; lack of jobs; a crumbling infrastructure; poor excuses of leaders in our local (CITY FAIL and our boy toy), state (MD legislature), federal gov'ts; very poor media outlets like WBOC/DN/WMDT (XOOXOXX SBYNews, the One and Only); vets on street corners in ALL cities; section 8; thugs; drugs, etc., etc., etc.

Again, lame stream feeds the appetite of few - doesn't hit home with the real problems. Sad.

  11. Some of these women said these things happened in a hotel room. Why were you there with him in the first place? A little common sense ahead of time could prevent things from going too far.
If he touches you inappropriately, hit him, throw a drink in his face, kick him in the balls! Let him know it's not acceptable.

What do you mean I didn’t get the promotion/part?

  12. I see one of the biggest problems with this is, for women with men bosses/gate-keepers, the ladder just got harder to climb. They won't be included as much in the inner circle, etc. so it will be harder for them to feel included on the company secrets. Women will not be trusted being alone in ANY room or elevator ever again.
Is it wrong to think like that? absolutely. Is it realistic? You betcha.
Whether it happens or not doesn't matter. it's what SHE SAYS happened is what makes the papers. We are now tried in a public forum before we have a chance to defend ourselves.
