  2. well good for them. I bet their business will improve now.

  3. Little Caesars customer base is totally different. The typical fast food crappy pizza customer is lower class and doesn't care about anyone else. Little Caesars won't do anything to discourage customer from buying their junk food.

  4. Can the fire trucks fit into the fire lane to still pick their togo food?

  5. No they will not fit. They park / hide behind the pharmacy by the drive thru so you can't see them at a glance. There has been as many as three (3) emergency vehicles at one time that I have seen.

  8. Good for them for listening to the people. And YES the fire equipment is hidden behind the pharmacy over there at lunch time but the last place I saw them eating in mass was the Chipolti some time back.

  9. Just wish the Sby Police and Fire Marshall would do there job and force tickets to be issued in Food Lion stores and Acme and less not forget Walmart stores Fire Lanes. The Fire Lane was painted on the payment for a reason, it's not there personal parking spot. It's just as bad when riding in Sby city limits when you see cars pulled up to there front door. They are scare to do a little walking to there door, while they should be parking on the city street.

  10. Much to do about nothing. This kind of parking goes on all day all over town. Try getting near the post office without people parked illegally. I witnessed a fight there yesterday over a man parked illegally. Twilley center has cars all over the place. And I could go on and on........... Albero must owe this place a favor.

  11. The Hallmark Store over at Goliath has done this for ages with cones and balloons tied to them. I have seen people have their taxis sit in the fire lanes while they run in for booze to the liquor store. It is an every day thing at the Twilley Center. I realize the police have better things to do but a 3 or 4 week crackdown would get the word out.

Nah. Somebody started the conversation by sending Joe a picture and description of what was (is) going on with the parking by the pizza joint. It looks like they did a follow-up and sent him this picture.

  13. To the Idiot, (I'm sure we all know who) that keeps coming on here with comments stating these cones were already there, WRONG. I met with the Owner of the Irish Penny today who informed me they purchased the cones AFTER they had seen the original article here on SBYNews of people parking illegally in front of the pizza and grocery store. Get a life, please.

  14. OMG, JT, get over yourself. My original article was put up three days ago, not yesterday. Click on the link below you Idiot, there were no cones and I do not lie. http://sbynews.blogspot.com/2017/10/a-viewer-writes-parking-rant.html

  15. Shucks, are we done, Joe? Lol. I know I was aggravating you but it was fun for me.

Sorry to screw with you so bad but I just had to get rid of all these immature antics somehow. lol.

I will stop now. Have a nice night.

  16. What happened to those Fat A$$es Cramer and Hoppes?? Why aren't they out there issuing citations for parking in the fire lanes instead of allowing cones to be placed in the fire lane. Start ticketing them $250 a pop and they won't be parking there any longer. Start contracting with a tow company and see how long this lasts. Let the tow company tow these illegal parking idiots and then make the idiots pay the $250 parking fine, the tow fee and the storage fee before their vehicles are released.

    BAMMMM! Problem solved!

No Steve this is where you are WRONG!! This is their Fng JOB!! Make them issue fire lane citations every damn day! There is a lot of crime in this city, but they are not that damn busy. It's not like crime happens every minute of the day in Salisbury. These people get paid to patrol and respond to your emergencies. They are not that busy and they should be required to write "X" amount of parking lane citations per week. My guess is a quota of 100 per week would be sufficient.

  18. I say let the fire companies write citations in these instances and get to keep half the money.
The fire equipment is behind the pharmacy because that front lot sucks and big things don't fit.

  19. Post a fireman there with a ticket book and see what changes.
