Those who own overgrown city and county vacant lots could easily and cheaply seed them in annual and perennial wildflowers in the fall and not have to mow until after the next fall's frost. Time and $$ saved. Nice to look at. Good for bees and butterflies.

ReplyDelete10:20 PM - The mayor is always talking about Salisbury's "curb appeal". This looks like one easy way to make the city more attractive.
