    Where the hell is the Hate Crime charge? Where are the Feds? Does the Hate Crime statute only pertain to White people?

    This is the type of thing I love that you report. Not that it is just a local issue but people from throughout the world always talk about racist things white peoples do. Most of the time it is not a white person doing it. I had no idea as I’m sure many others that this was a black person. Thank you for the proof.
