ReplyDeleteI think that he's vision impaired and needs the shade from the jacket to increase the contrast on the screen.
ReplyDeleteI think they're smart older people, making it impossible for some thug to see pin #s, etc. As long as they also checked for fake card scanners lodged in the machine, they are conducting as secure of an ATM transaction as they can. Coupled with a gun in case of robbery would be a good addition, IMO.
