WE GOT HER! POLICE CATCH WOMAN WHO STOLE TIP JAR FROM JUSTINE’S ICE CREAM PARLOR

The woman who was caught on camera stealing a tip jar from Justine’s Ice Cream Parlor has been found and charged with theft.
Police have found Mary Muhl, a 25-year-old Ocean City native, after studying the surveillance video recorded inside Justine’s Ice Cream Parlor and have charged her with stealing a tip jar off the counter.

The video showed Muhl swiping a few napkins off the counter before taking the tip jar, which Justine’s estimates had around $150 in it. None of the employees recognized Muhl as a customer and the theft came at a time when no one was staffing the front counter. While employees didn’t see the theft, they noticed the tip jar missing almost immediately.

Police turned to social media and the surveillance video was viewed more than 125,000 times before the woman was identified. Once she was identified as a local, Ocean City Police tracked her down and issued her a court summons. She has been charged with theft of less than 1,000.

    1. Unbelievable attempt to make the thief the victim. Economy is not the reason, being a lazy criminal is.

  2. The economy is terrible on the shore. She's young and should go where the work is. No excuse for desperation at such a young and capable age.

It doesn't matter if she needs it or doesn't need it. IT WASN'T HERS. Get it?

Maybe you need to get a life? (A respectable one that is)

  7. People can't realize there are cameras everywhere now? (except k-marts, they can't afford security). Your going to get caught.

  8. All those "cute" selfies she took of herself on her Facebook page deny the fact that she is one ugly, disgusting person.
I would've felt better if she was homeless.. hungry...or down on her luck and stolen the hard-earned tips of the workers.
But no. She was/is an entitled snowflake that thinks she can take whatever she wants without any penalties.
I'm looking VERY forward to seeing her in an orange jump suit cleaning up our highways and parks.
Judge: Throw the book at her. Please.
