Delaware- The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit (S.O.A.R) is currently looking for wanted sex offenders after they failed to register as a sex offender as required by law.

Investigators have obtained a warrant for Terry Smith, 55 of Milton. Smith, a Tier 2 (Moderate Risk) sex offender, is a white male, 5’07” tall, 135 lbs., with blond hair and blue eyes.
