    Don't know if this is absolute truth or not but heard from a source connected that this may have not been hit and run.... heard county or state boy not sure who was actually involved and why spd was assisting. They have said hit and run for now to not have all the cop haters in an up roar.... don't know accuracy to details or story just what I've heard... Joe maybe you can do some better digging or a PDF report will come out with details... just sharing what I was briefed on

    It was North Gate Drive (behind Lowe's). East Gate was an error.
