Biden Says He Regrets Not Running For President

Joe Biden regrets not running for president, the Hill reports.

"I had planned on running for president and although it would have been a very difficult primary, I think I could have won," the former vice president said during a speech Friday at Colgate University in Hamilton, New York. "Maybe not, I don't know."

"I was fairly confident that if I had become the Democratic nominee, I would have had a good chance to be president," Biden continued.

  1. Well, Joe, I'm for one glad you didn't run, but frankly, if you had, you would have brought in second place.

Glad we have a Constitutionalist in place now, which you would never have been.

  3. Joe Biden, how could you have had a chance when the election was rigged for queen kankles?

  4. You would not have made it and would never have made it in the real working world. You ran on the coat tail of the past loser in the White House. Just try to bulls-it your neighbors in DE and keep to yourself. If not go out of the country to retire.

  5. I wish he had run. It would have been entertaining to see him explain the past eight years of failed policies from the Obama administration. Hillary would not have allowed it. They would have been a cat fight! He would have been like Bernie Saunders!

  10. 1:10, the sad truth is you are correct! Sympathy vote and would have stood a better chance if it was a choice between him or Hilary.

  11. The Hillary machine would have buried him, and he knows it. She (and the DNC) got him to agree not to run. She was anointed by the DNC and no one, except the one candidate that supposedly had no chance, was allowed to run against her; not even the vice president for the last eight years.
