    Some years ago I was behind an 18 wheeler traveling westbound on MD US-50/301 on the Severn River Bridge. At the time there was heavy rain and a down stream crosswind. The 18 wheeler roughly 50 yard ahead of me byciled on its left side wheels for about 5 seconds and righted and continued on.
