  1. I live near there and have the same question..There are at least 10 cop cars on the corner of Old OC road and Fawn Drive, trunks up, and several cops standing outside the house looking at it.

  2. If you're so darn nosy, walk up to the officers and ask. They will probably tell you that an active investigation is none of your freakin' business.

  3. Odd, how they don't need the community's help or interest .... until they need the help!

  4. 2:09 - It is odd that trained LEOs don't appreciate untrained, probably unarmed people wandering around an active crime scene asking questions and offering unlearned advice and otherwise endangering themselves and the officers. Downright ignorant of them to not appreciate nosy folks interfering.

  7. 1:58 I would not walk up to the officer and ask for 1 reason-they are WORKING and do not need to be bothered with the public interrupting them to ask questions. Also, if you are on this particular site, which I frequent, then you are the pot calling the kettle black because everyone on here is nosey..that's why we look at Joe's site..to see what is going on. He actually reports the real deal to the best of his ability.

  9. Actually one lovely morning I was letting the dog out back and looked up to see my neighbors yard full of swat.

I asked, and they said it was a bust.
They can only tell you so much, but if they can, they will.

I am not sure who was more surprised, them seeing me in my pj's or me seeing a yard full of swat.

So all your muttering is just useless BS.

  10. I dont know who the rude little troll is, but 1:32 was simply asking, if anyone heard anything.

Ya'll complain that you are never told anything and then when someone says, hey looks whats going on, anyone got any intel, ya'll act like a bunch of idiots.

And 2:09 - I know what you meant. They brush the public off and then plead for info on crimes.

    1. As one with some well earned wrinkles and miles, I've quite alot to share with these youngins. They don't want to hear it in their insecure arrogance and we all pay the price. You can't exceed the whole of your upbringing. Damn shame. Legends in their own minds.
      Good luck with that

  11. This town is a gossip grapevine that lives for spreading the misfortune of others. Multiply that times 100 if the person is successful, a business owner, TV personality, LEO or fireman.

When all the LEO activity is over and the scene is cleared, your wive will be allowed down the street you live on and then the two of you can start your investigation into why the police were there. Just be glad they weren't looking for you.

and of course, you are wrong. public servants answer to their masters, the public. I know you knuckleheads think you have unlimited power and control but that is not the case.

  13. WCSO posts calls for service. Look it up. Or ask them. I did see a cop going door to door up and down the surrounding streets talking to neighbors.

  14. All of that for "Anyone know what's going on?" Simple yes or no would have been good

  15. As usual, a post stirs up the natives. A few of the masses get on here, knowing nothing but have plenty to say. Then comes the spews against our police. One things for sure, When all is over and done the SBYNews readers never know or learn diddly squat of why or what was going on.
