On Tuesday, January 3, 2017, The Worcester County Bureau of investigation began an investigation into a sexual abuse case. It was learned that Joshua Thomas Tauber, 23 of Pocomoke Md. had allegedly engaged in the sexual abuse of a minor and the alleged abuse had been ongoing since 2009.
Mr. Tauber was taken into custody and charged with the following
3 Counts Sexual Abuse of a Minor
4 Counts Second Degree Sex Offense
4 Counts Third Degree Sex Offense
He is currently held without bond at the Worcester County Jail.
This is messed up. What happens to this man after he is cleared of all charges?

ReplyDeleteSince 2009? Heck he was only 15 at the time, and a minor himself. Something wrong with the picture, and why he is being charged now. Unless the victim was a small child, both are adults now.

ReplyDeleteThis isn't a court of law, this is the internet. People are going to say negative things about you if you are arrested for abusing a minor. I hope that this isn't true, but you have to think there may be some evidence if he was arrested.

ReplyDeleteSounds consensual to me. Maybe he decided to break up and she decided to get even in some way. What may have been legal 50 or 100 years ago, is now punishable as a sex crime. I guess Romeo and Juliet would be in prison if they were around today! Accusation of sex predictor is the new scarlet letter!

Anonymous 2:50 pm.... what about this sounds consensual? These are young boys that he has been accused of abusing...the courts must have a good amount of evidence to hold him without bond. This isn't a jaded girlfriend who is a year younger than him... these were boys entrusted in his care.
ReplyDeleteI think everyone should be aware that malicious accusations of this nature made against a person is all that is needed to land someone in jail. If more than one team up, it's a wrap, in jail with NO bond. There doesn't need to be any other evidence at that time.IF you look him up on case search you can see there are custody issues, a divorce, and child abuse. Simple deduction here, someone is trying to destroy him. Never underestimate the power of a twisted woman.

ReplyDeleteI know I'm way late on this case but I went to highschool with this guy and when I seen what he had done on the news it interested me. It recently came across my mind again so i looked into it to see what happened and the Maryland case search says he was convicted of all charges and is currently serving like 100+ years in prison. I honestly myself just got released from the Maryland division of corrections (not for me sick shit like this) and all I've gotta say is he will be lucky to survive in there. If his charges get exposed they will kill him, no doubt about it. Anyone on this thread who stuck up for this man deserves to be in prison with him. There is NOTHING consensual about raping little boys and there is no possible way to overlook or justify that happening. This is a sick in the mind individual that deserves to be castrated and locked in a room with a horny guerilla that's just been given sex drive hormones..you get the point..burn in hell bro, no forgiveness for this...
