Should Comey & Lynch Be Criminally Charged?

By Thornton Crowe

Our Criminal Justice system has taken a huge hit over the last several months as we watched the Clinton Email investigation farce play out in the media. For months, we all heard about how FBI Director Jams Comey would resign should the Department of Justice refused to criminally indict Hillary Clinton for her removal of classified information from the government's secured system to a home brewed server, vulnerable to hackers both foreign and domestic - which is a clear violation of laws. However, on July 5th after Attorney General Loretta Lynch's clandestine meeting with former president Bill Clinton on an Arizona tarmac, he announced that he would not recommend charges.

Over the months that followed, much evidence of a coverup has surfaced regarding the sham investigation that took place - some evidence is even generated by the FBI and then sent to Congress. For example, the Platte River employee, Paul Combetta, broadcasted on Reddit, looking for a way to scrub a "Very VP" email address out of his client's database/metafiles and was also give immunity. And, of course, we all know about the BleachBit and the hammered cellphones, but what many of you might not know is emails between Platte and Clinton's tech staff referred to the situation as the "Hillary's Coverup Operation."

Last Thursday, even when representatives had him dead to rights regarding the law and new evidence of a coverup, Comey doubled (and tripled) down on the apparent missteps and legally illogical immunity deals while testifying before the Judicial Oversight Committee. It got so heated, Rep. John Ratcliffe from Texas even said on record, he didn't believe Comey ever intended on recommending charges long before the investigation ended - a sentiment many feel in both Congress and public opinion. Thus, the whole Clinton crime and subsequent coverup proves without doubt now, we have a double standard legal system - one for the rich and politically aligned and one for the rest of us.

Actual exchange between Director Comey and Rep. Ratcliffe during Sept. 29th Hearing.

Therefore, here's the question of the day:

Do you think James Comey and Loretta Lynch should be criminally charged (and removed from their posts) for their participation in this obvious coverup in the Clinton Email Investigation?

How say you.

  1. Yes, but the system is so corrupt no one will be charged and the election will go to Hillary to keep things under wrap.

Never say never. You just never know what's already happened in DC. I can't say specifically but it is very telling what unfolded last Friday. Word is someone is already asking for immunity. Go figure.

  3. No one in this administration could or will make this happen. It's another reason that they want to win this election so badly.

  4. The country is lawless, Who is going to hold them accountable ?

  5. Absolutely agree that they should be immediately investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent. If Trump wins, the rats will be scurrying all over the country, exposing voter fraud, revealing Obama's birth records, and unsealing his fraudulent college records, to save their own hides.

  6. They need to be tried and punished severally. This is why our system is so corrupt, for years the elite, administration and politicians have been allowed to get away with crime....thats bad enough....but this teaches the rest, the up and comers..., what they can get away with...and they then set new bars...new records of crime in the highest. Punish them with life and limb!

  7. Absolutely. The system is so corrupt it will never happen. We should hang all the politicians and lawyers and start over. Seriously the system is broken and it would only take the prosecution of a few to make the rest fall in line. We always ask who police the police. Well who polices the D.O.J., I.R.S., Congress,Senate etc... The police issue is a diversion because Capitol Hill saw this coming. The have to agitate the masses to draw a blind eye to the level of corruption on Capitol Hill. It is mind boggling the level of corruption and honest politicians cant do a thing. I do say that with a smile honest politician kinda of an oxymoron lol.

Only the will of the people can change this but we are too busy hating one another right now. We the people need to stand together until then criminals run America.

  8. On a side note, I think the articles that Thornton publishes every Sunday is critical information to all of us. Facts are always laid out on each topic and we are all allowed to voice our opinion. Most important is the fact that you do NOT see any of these facts laid out or even challenged in the Main Stream Media. That being said, I firmly believe Trump will, (without a doubt) win big on the Eastern Shore.

  9. They have corrupted the FBI and they have made worse the corruption in the DOJ. They should be held criminally liable. We all know that won't happen as long as obama is in office and if clinton wins the election.

The only chance there may be justice, is if Trump becomes president

  12. Criminally charged - nahhhh..I'll take solace after Trump wins and he tells them both, YOU'RE FIRED. Of course with administration changes, they will probably resign anyway. Time to clean the slate, out with the garbage and soon begin concentrating on 4 years from now. That's just how things go, sad but true.

Psst - ONLY 5 days until T.G.I.F, yep yep!

  13. They should all be prosecuted for their volunteered participation in the criminal activity of the Clintons with no immunity. The only reprieve they should be offered is a lite sentence of 10 years day for day only if they testify against the Clintons and they get convicted with a minimum 20 year sentence day for day. They all get their government checks, retirement ect. and benefits taken from them permanently. None of them get any type of pardon.

  14. The video shows Congress may be building a case against FBI to out Comey after election. The evidence is pretty compelling.

  15. It is sad that when we first heard of Lynch and Comey taking over to get their departments clean, it was said by everyone they both were honest and cleaner than the board of health. Didn't take very long for the glow to diminish.

    1. Don't recall anyone saying good things about Loretta Lynch but James Comey had a stellar reputation back in the day. Now he's politicized the FBI and ruined their reputation! I heard many agents want him out.

  16. Oh God yes on both but it will never happen.

When Eric Holder resigned, many on Fox stated Lynch was honorable. One was Judge Jeanine Pirro, and that's as good as it gets. Yes, she also bragged about Comey but has since changed her opinion of him.

  18. Yes they should be.

  19. Yes, many - me included - held a very high opinion of James Comey before all this nonsense. After researching him thoroughly which led to revelations of his (and his brother Peter) past and current connections with the Clintons and their Foundation, one has to wonder was it all a part of a huge con job? At this point, we just don't know.

  20. Love Comey and Lynch's t-shirts! Makes me crack up when I see this picture because it's true. It's so obvious its pathetic.

  21. The real question is how with all these ties to the founsation and clintons themselves did anyone ever think this guy had any integrity or honor? He has been a snake in the grass all along, but nobody dug deep enough till now to actually question his character? That's the real shame in all of this. People in govt flip flop between the public and private sector way too much. Should be illegal. But then when congress can do insider trading legally and no one else can, we've already lost. We don't need a new president, we need a bloody violent revolution. Clean out all the corruption once and for all.

What do you think is the probability of election machine rigging?
If it is rigged, I believe it will go toward Hillary.

  27. They are 'actually' campaigning for her while in the conduct of their official duties...which is illegal.

Hopefully, this will be brought to light in one of Trump's ads showing the blatant dumbocrat corruption. It should upset all law abiding citizens!
