Power Outage In Berlin Area

There is a power outage in the Berlin area.  According to  Delmarva Power's website there are approximately 1235 people without power. The website states that the reason is under evaluation and the expected restoration time is 10:00am.

    Yesterday I got a robo call from DP&L requesting a voluntary cutback from 1PM to 4PM today.That won't be difficult because no one will be home.
