They never obey the law. Every time I see bikes they are on the wrong side of the road riding against traffic. They should have to take a class or get a license. They run stop signs and traffic lights. They should know that you walk against traffic and bike with traffic only on the side of the road not in the middle of the road.
10:28 I'm not a bicyclist and think all the money being spent to place arrows down, etc. to advise cyclist directions is a waste. But, I would not have my back to the drivers on our roads today. I would go against traffic to give myself a sporting chance.
8:19AM is totally correct. MD's gov't is constantly looking to pad the coffers., well here's a divine way. And, everything's in place from the start via the MVA. Let them pay to use roadways just like I do.
