British Police Call On Nation To 'Save a Life, Surrender Your Knife' As 'Knife Violence' Continues

The news out of the United Kingdom almost reads like a satire piece from The Onion. But as strange as it may sound to people around the world, and especially in the United States, the British police push to ban knives is no joke.

The new “Save a Life – Surrender Your Knife” program is in full swing and police are telling us that they have joined forces with an already growing trend in the United Kingdom to ban “pointy” knives.

  6. I guess that crowd in the photo is a large group of criminals on their way to the police station to turn their knives in.

I cannot imagine why these utopians think this would ever work. They never seem to account for human nature.

  8. They took firearms away from these people long before Muslims were an issue! And this shows that no matter the gun control, hoods will still kill! They start with guns.. then knives. To what next? We already see limits on knives that can be carried here in America!

  9. Take note America. It does no good to eliminate guns. Killers will always find a way to kill. Taking away guns only helps the criminals seeing as how they get their guns illegally anyway. Or legally, after being interviewed by the FBI in some places.

They will just switch to knives or bombs. Killing will still go on.
