Incident: Most Wanted Arrest

Suspect: Walter Lenny Floyd, 41, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 18 May 2016 authorities in Baltimore County, MD located one of Wicomico County’s “Most Wanted” Fugitives, Walter Floyd, in their jurisdiction. Floyd had been sought since January 2015 after he failed to show up for a Circuit Court trial in a theft case. A deputy brought Floyd back from Baltimore County and transported him to the Detention Center where he was detained without bond pending an initial appearance in front of a Circuit Court Judge.

Rivero, Juan
Incident: Assault
Date of Incident: 19 May 2016
Location: 100 block of James Street, Mardela Springs, MD
Suspect: Juan Gonzales Rivero, 62, Mardela Springs, MD
Narrative: On 19 May 2016, Juan Rivero of Mardela Springs was arrested in connection with a reported assault. In this incident it is alleged that Rivero accosted a female who had stopped at his residence looking for another subject. According to the female victim, Rivero hugged her and began making overtures requesting sex from the victim. These included Rivero putting his hand up her shirt and exposing his penis. According to the victim, Rivero grabbed a hold of her and threw her on a coach. The victim managed to get away from Rivero and sought assistance from the Sheriff’s Office.
A family member of the female victim confronted Rivero over this incident and it was further alleged that Rivero brandished a three foot long sword and began swinging it at this individual.
A detective from the State Police assigned to the Wicomico Bureau of Investigation assisted with the investigation and the charging of Rivero in this case.
Upon arrest, Rivero was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Rivero in the Detention Center in lieu of $80,000.00 bond.
Charges: Assault 1st Degree, Assault 2nd Degree, Indecent Exposure, Dangerous Weapon and False Imprisonment
Jordan, Isiah
Incident: Theft
Date of Incident: 19 May 2016
Location: 800 block of Mohawk Avenue, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Isiah Jahod Jordan, 26, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 19 May 2016 a deputy arrested Isiah Jordan in connection with an incident that was reported to have occurred at a residence in the 800 block of Mohawk Avenue. It is alleged that Jordan pulled the hair of a female victim and kicked her after he took her phone.
Upon arrest Jordan was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Jordan in the Detention Center in lieu of $3,000.00 bond.
Charges: Assault 2nd Degree Theft under $1,000.00
Fooks, Paris
Incident: Assault
Date of Incident: 19 May 2016
Location: 1000 block of Shawnee Avenue, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Paris Lamar Fooks, 26, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 19 May 2016 at 9:02 PM a deputy responded to a reported disturbance at a residence in the 1000 block of Shawnee Avenue. Upon arrival, the deputy learned that two family members became embroiled in an argument when one of them, Paris Fooks, began brandishing a knife. According to the other half of the dispute Fooks began making statements that placed that subject in fear for his safety.
The deputy placed Fooks under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Fooks in the Detention Center in lieu of $10,000.00 bond.
Charges: Assault 2nd Degree
I've always thought that Paris had special needs because of his actions & his inability to express himself verbally.Judging from the charges he must not have a disability.
ReplyDeleteIn the case of Juan Rivero, if, in fact, he threw her on a coach, I would like to have seen that. I can understand if he threw her on a couch.
