The Lower Eastern Shore Heritage Area Council held their 16th Annual Luncheon Meeting

The Lower Eastern Shore Heritage Area Council held their 16th Annual Luncheon Meeting and Heritage Awards today at the Wicomico County Youth Civic Center. The Maryland Heritage Areas Program is governed by the Maryland Heritage Areas Authority and administered by the Maryland Historical Trust. It is an agency within Maryland Department of Planning.

    And after reading this blurb and seeing the picture, no one has a scant clue about what this organization is or does. A little more info, please, people, unless you want to drift away into oblivion.
