I haven't met a food I wouldn't try. Used to be liver, but I have acquired a taste for liver and heart, but it has to be from fresh kills. Venison and Swine being my favorite.
I laugh every time I hear people talk about hating liver; HOWEVER, those same people love scrapple. Take a look at the ingredients the next time you slice up some Rappa.
Nonetheless, it's McDonald's for me. I haven't had a bite of their poison in about 4 years and I don't miss it one bit!
