BREAKING NEWS: LAURA MITCHELL WILL QUIT THE SALISBURY CITY COUNCIL

Bottom line, her husband FINALLY got off the public dole and actually got a job. Laura will move to another state/town with her husband. Shhhh, no one is supposed to know but MANY will rejoice. Don't let the door hit you on your way out, both of you. Frankly, they both make me sick to my stomach.

  16. Unfortunately the big problem isn't her; it's those who keep electing her and her type that make Salisbury such a dreadful place to live.

  18. I didn't care much for her political position, but she was a good representative for the residents of the city. She personally assisted me and people that I know with a few matters, regardless of their district. I do worry that we will be losing an advocate for our community's opioid problem.

Best of luck, Laura. Salisbury is better because you cared.

  29. Before she goes, is she going to apologize to the people she ruthlessly and falsely maligned repeatedly in an effort to advance her own interests?
