  1. No CDS? Dog must have had an off day. Sounds like reasonable doubt should should be easy enough to prove to a jury.

  3. There were drugs found. It's a very poorly written press release with only half of the facts.

  4. Now look at all of the federal gun charges could be charged, but he is getting only state charges, and just watch how little time he gets. This is why criminals do gun crimes, no real punishment. Federal gun charges and they can't be cut, felon in possession of a regulated firearm, 10 years mandatory!

  5. It's a drug free school zone. Any property in that zone can be searched. They do it in the schools all the time with no probable cause. But this guy must have been under a watchful eye. However, my thoughts are that under the 2nd Amendment the guy has a right to bear arms. It's the stupid Maryland laws that people get arrested for doing what the US Constitution allows.

  6. Federal time is still cut just not as much as it is when the trial is done by the state.

    1. 7:17 Sorry you're. Your original post at 4:55 should've said "Now look at all the federal gun charges that could be charged" Either way you're wrong.

  8. Sentencing in this county is a joke, just look at the past ones, 20 years with 15 suspended, 10 years, with all but 1 year suspended, 3 years, but all but 6 months suspended. They make it sound like they are tough on crime, but then suspend most of the sentence! Give these creeps the max. get them off our streets!

  9. Drugs were in his so called hair but they needed a warrant to search it and the judge did not want the officer injured.
